Veggie Brew - New home, new meal

After having been laid off a few weeks ago, in search of a new apartment, and rediscovering myself, I have managed to keep myself fed, lol. With this lifestyle change has come a new and refreshed way of thinking and perspective on the world and my life. And boy can I tell you, has the recent change of events been a blessing. And more changes are happening everyday. Nowadays I'm frugal more than ever with money (both me and one of my besties had to save to go see the movie "For Colored Girls....). With a trip to Miami for Art Basel coming in a few weeks, I am buying things sparingly, and conjuring up whatever is in the cupboards. And Viola! Here's my first healthy meal prepared in my new kitchen. The flavor was very robust because of the garam masala and cilantro. See ingredients and recipe below picture.
